Special Series:
“The Spiritual Path That Works for You”
Unity is Practical Spirituality,
it provides methods that work for your life
when you work them in your life.
July 4 – #1. The Liberating Truth
Does your spirituality work for you? Do you feel liberated and powerful? Only Truth works…and what works in our lives provides our best understanding of Truth.
July 11 – #2. Meditation on Truth Works
Disciplined meditation on Divine Truth affects your consciousness in a life-transforming way.
July 18 – #3. Letting Go Works!
Part 1: “Denials” – Why does Unity teach “denials”? Denials are Truth statements that help dissolve anxious thinking and the negative effects of such thinking.
July 25 – #4. Letting Go Works
Part 2: “Forgiveness” – Forgiveness works first by liberating the mind of the one who forgives—yet it can also have far-reaching effects in the world.
Aug. 1 – #5. Letting Go Works
Part 3: “Rational Non-Attachment” – Non-attachment is a teaching found in both Western and Eastern spiritual traditions. It works because it helps you get in touch with your True Spiritual Self.
Aug. 8 – #6. Affirmative Thinking
Part 1: “God” – Is there a “theory of God” that works as well as the best “theories of the universe”? Is there a way of thinking about God that works best for your life?
Aug. 15 – #7. Affirmative Thinking
Part 2: “The Best Possible You” – What is the Truth of your being? Is the Truth about you summarized in your life right now? What does it mean to “live up to your potential”?
Aug. 22 – #8. Affirmative Thinking
Part 3: “Conceive It, Believe It, Receive It!” – What would you have? Creating the “mental equivalent” is a crucial step in making it happen!
Aug. 29 – #9. Stepping out on Faith
It is not enough just to think with faith. When you step out on an understanding faith, success is assured
