Unity’s Five Fundamental Teachings

1. There is only one presence and power in the universe: God the Absolute Good.
2. Every person has Inner Divinity, a Divine Potential.
3. There is a Law of Mind Action: “Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind,” or as stated by Jesus, “believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mark 11: 24)
4. Affirmative prayer and meditation are effective ways to work with the Law of Mind Action.
5. Practice the Truth that you know and your good will grow.
