The Unity Center of New York City is located at 213 W. 58th Street, between Broadway and Seventh Ave—just South of Columbus Circle and Central Park. The Center is a member of the Association of Unity Churches, an international association of Unity groups with headquarters in Lee’s Summit, MO. We are also affiliated with the Unity School of Christianity in Unity Village, Missouri. Unity School is home of the Silent Unity Prayer Ministry and publisher of Daily Word Magazine, Unity Magazine, and Unity Books.

Our bi-monthly newsletter, “Centerpeace,” lists all Sunday Services, classes, workshops, and other activities at The Center. Also included in each issue is an inspirational message by Justin Epstein, and an article from the writing of Eric Butterworth. You can subscribe to the printed edition by sending your name and mailing address, or if you wish to receive an e-mail version, send us your e-mail address.

The members and supporters of The Unity Center are an ethnically diverse community with a wide range of vocations and professions. Ours is a joyful spiritual community of light, love, and laughter. We are seekers of Truth who use all our faculties—reason, imagination, and intuition—to find the Presence and Activity of Spirit in daily life. We believe that spirituality can, and ought to, be expressed through business, the arts, work, play, and interaction with others; as well as in moments of solitude and silent reflection.

Monday through Friday, The Center also offers a wide range of classes for development of Spirituality. (See Unity Classes and Activities—>) Our Minister and Licensed Unity Teachers offer classes in Bible Study, Metaphysics, World Mysticism, prayer, and meditation. Most of the courses can be taken for credit with Unity Licensed Teacher Education Program.

The Center has a bookstore offering books, magazines, and pamphlets for our courses and to support general spiritual studies consistent with the Unity teachings.
